I have been part of the Pleasant Valley School District community for over 20 years. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and five children. My family both at home and school are my biggest priorities. Welcome everyone! I am excited to begin my fourth year as the elementary assistant principal and I look forward to getting to know our students and their families throughout the 2026-2027 school year.
Prior to becoming an administrator, I worked as a school counselor for 13 years, 5 of which were at PVE. I earned my Principal’s Certification and B.A. at Wilkes University and my M.Ed. through Penn State University.

Welcome Pleasant Valley families and community members! This is my third year as the Dean of Students at PVE. My role at PVE is to ensure the safety of all students and to maintain a positive behavior atmosphere throughout PVE.
I will be entering my 36th year in education. I am a proud 31 year employee of the Pleasant Valley School District.
Prior to this position, I held the titles of a Reading Specialist and a 2nd Grade Teacher. I hold dual certifications in the areas of Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education, and a certification in the area of K-12 Reading Specialist. I earned my B.S. degree from from Marywood University and my M.Ed. from Wilkes University. I also hold a letter of endorsement from Wilkes University in Teacher Leadership and Instructional Coaching.
